Fantastic! Helpful and friendly service provided by our specialist travel agent We have just returned from a week in Antigua arranged by our travel counsellor Rebecca Deacon. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and wanted somewhere special to mark the occasion. Right from the start we knew we were in safe hands as Rebecca guided us through the ever-changing covid regulations. First our hotel didn’t open, so she re-booked us elsewhere, then there were flight changes and we even cancelled our trip at one point. Rebecca then stepped up again and moved our trip from St Lucia to Antigua ready for the anticipated traffic light changes. Rebecca helped us with booking covid tests, passenger locator forms and insurance - all on top of considering the extra needs I have travelling due to a health condition … I can honestly say we would have given up on this trip long ago if it wasn’t for Rebecca. Rebecca at Travel Counsellors is our number 1 choice when it comes to vacations, especially bespoke itineraries. I don’t think anyone could of made our 7 days, 7 flights trip to China work let alone be enjoyable, but Rebecca worked her magic and perfected it. We toured California this Summer for 3 weeks. I originally set out to plan, and book it myself, but soon realised that this was not straightforward! I asked Rebecca to come up with a route with booked hotels for us. Within a couple of days she came back with several options based on the information we gave her. We stayed in 8 hotels over 3 weeks, starting in Las Vegas, then Death Valley, Lake Tahoe (instead of Yosemite), San Francisco, Napa Valley, Monterey Bay, Santa Monica, and finally San Diego. Within a day of arriving in Las Vegas, Rebecca contacted us with the news that Yosemite was closed due to Forest fires, and that we wouldn't be able to stay there. She gave us a couple of options, including Lake Tahoe, which we chose. The whole process was stress free, and really showed the benefit of Rebecca's excellent skill and experience in the Travel industry. This was a truly memorable holiday, made all the better by Rebeccas excellent choice of Hotels, and suggestions where to visit.

We both spent a long time thinking about what we wanted our honeymoon to be like and decided it needed to be the right balance of adventure, relaxation and a big thing was to see elephants in the wild. We met our local Travel Counsellor Rebecca at a local wedding show and she came to our house and she made some great suggestions. We worked together to put an itinerary for Sri Lanka & The Maldives. With Rebecca's extensive 1st hand knowledge and experience she recommended excursions and areas we never thought of and combined a great mix of nature, culture and famous sights of Sri Lanka. We had a fabulous honeymoon thanks to Rebecca and i am sure we will use her again for our next adventure.
