I recently booked ,through Steve, a quick week away in Paphos, Cyprus. As always, Steve sent me a selection of hotels in various locations, within my price range and my remit. They all looked great, and hard to choose which one! I Stayed at Aquamare hotel and spa and it was wonderful. Steve arranged a great sea view room with balcony, and flights, transfers, it was so straightforward and stress free! Hi Steve, hope you’re well. Just thought I’d say thank you for organising our trip to Canada. Everything went without a hitch and very smoothly. The hotels were good especially the one in Niagara. Our Niagara cruise was just amazing, must be experienced at least once. Our guides were incredible, full of stories… including the story of one woman who wanted to go over the falls but threw her cat over first to see what would happen. It survived so she followed. Luckily, she survived too. The only thing that wasn’t on our side was the weather, but we got our raincoats on and went out. We had dinner in the 360 restaurant in the CN tower on Sunday. Had the best steak I’ve ever eaten. One Monday we spent the day in the Eaton Centre, a huge shopping centre right in the middle of downtown Toronto. Transferred on Tuesday to Niagara, excursion was on Wednesday and then we went wine tasting in Niagara on the Lake, had dinner in a little Greek restaurant and ice creams in a specialty chocolate shop that made choc ices to order. Back to the hotel after that for our transfer to the airport. It was a short trip but we both loved it. Niamh wants to go back but for longer next time. Thanks again, so much. The hotel was stunning and service excellent. Clean, tidy and some of the best food we have ever had. Staff couldn’t have done anymore. Would thoroughly recommend. The desert safari was amazing and we felt like royalty with the VIP experience. Only table in the whole establishment with our own private waiter! Driver was fantastic and made sure we were well looked after. None of us wanted to leave, already planning on our next visit! Just booked the biggest and most complex holiday ever to multiple destinations to Singapore and 3 in Thailand. All travel arrangements taken care of between destinations with helpful suggestions of excursion options in the various locations. We have confirmed our entire holiday with all excursions arranged. Very happy with what we have booked and importantly feel secure as we have our contact for everything with Steve who provides so much information and is always so helpful and easy to contact.

Thank you for another wonderful holiday, this time in India! We were extremely well looked after, both by Steve in the UK and Karan and his team in India. Being unable to speak or read the language was certainly not a problem for us as we were always met and escorted to all our destinations by professional guides and drivers. We did unfortunately have a short sickness problem whilst away but we were very well looked after and our schedule was changed slightly without any difficulties. We actually forgot about this incident later in the holiday which shows just how well we were taken care of! I cannot praise enough the wonderful Pugadundee lodges we stayed in and the game drives they provided. The food was simply amazing! Each lodge grew their own organic vegetables, salad and fruit, making each meal a culinary experience. I cannot praise Steve and the India team enough for their wonderful planning and care throughout our amazing time in India.

Following a recommendation, I contacted Steve. From start to finish the service provided has been second to none. Steve has been contactable at all times, even during his day off (I don't think he has one)! Even when things didn't go to plan, Steve was on hand to reassure and find a solution - which he did speedily. The little extras like sending a pack with all the documentation so I didn't have to print it all, a quick message to wish us well prior to departure, an email from Steve, direct to the hotel, to ask if they could make the stay even better which took the form of a larger room and a follow-up postcard when we returned were lovely bespoke touches you don't get with other travel companies, plus the holiday was very competitively priced. I would certainly recommend Croatia as a destination and it was nice that the stress of planning and organising the trip was taken out of our hands. Well what a Month I have had . Monday 22nd April I arrived back into London Heathrow after spending the last month in Australia and wow it was fantastic. I contacted Steve a few years ago and he sorted a few package holidays for me , then last year I said I wanted to visit Australia and listed what I wanted to do as it was My first time their. He and the Ground Handlers in Australia managed to sort out My wish list where I visited Sydney, Hamilton Island , went on The Ghan Train and did a 6 day tour with Outback Spirit which was called Red Centre Spectacular. This was 1 of my Favourite parts of the Holiday a real pinch me moment am I really here??. Train finished at Adelaide, then went Melbourne and back to Sydney . I saw lots of the country and would Highly recommend doing an Outback Spirit tour . Highlights for Me Climbing the Sydney Bridge Visiting Whitehaven in the Whitsunday Melbourne was such an Amazing place. Thanks Steve for Sorting out My Australia Adventure and I’ve made some Fantastic Memories and meet some Great people. Here’s to the Next one ??

Just returned from a wonderful week in Sorrento, Italy and trip to Amalfi and Positano arranged by Steve Can't recommend this holiday enough which we included visits to Capri, Pompei and a climb of Versuvuis which were fab. Our weather was kind for the early time we went so this was an added bonus. Stayed at Art Gran Paradiso Hotel, small, clean and on first impressions was away from the centre but really was a short steep walk down or a shuttle bus provided ( 10 free shuttles a day back and return from centre) last return at 11pm, cab at this time 25 euros for a 5 min journey. Staff were really friendly and so helpful, food in hotel was really nice, we had B&B, plenty to choose from buffet style breakfast and had some lunch there on pool days which was nice. Our holiday ticked all the boxes we wanted it to be and had the best time. Thank you Steve...Ciao Bella x

I recently booked a holiday to Japan with Steve and it was so easy it was incredible, all I told him was my budget, some of the places I would have liked to go and the types of activites i was into "some sights, not too many musesums, nice food and bars, nice hotels" and turned up to the airport. Just returned from our trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe arranged by Steve which has been no shorter than amazing. Starting in Cape Town seeing Table Mountain on a sunny day, Boulders Beach, taking in the history of Robben island and sun set wine tasting, then flying to Zimbabwe to Victoria falls ( our favourite bit ) and seeing elephants and hippos on zambezi cruise, from there to Johannesburg for 3 Safari game drives staying at Nedile Lodge in Welgevonden NP then onward to Sun City for sunbathing and golf All accommodation, transfers and arrangements were spot on and of exceptional high standard in every way considering the diversity of what we wanted to do everthing went on time and to the book. I'm so glad I had Steve to plan my honeymoon trip for me and the hubby! We originally wanted to go to the Maldives, but Steve applying his expertise and knowledge flagged that the weather wouldn't be great for the period we wanted to travel (Monsoon season) and helpfully provided some amazing options based on our circumstances. Steve has excellent knowledge of the latest travel restrictions. His response to emails or telephone calls are prompt. We are going to Fuerteventura on Saturday choice of hotel was left to Steve, we trust and support him for our travel arrangements. We cannot recommend Steve highly enough. We went to Antigua on 19th November for 10 days, thinking when we booked all restrictions would be lifted. They weren't off course, in fact even more requirements were brought in, including a PCR within 48 hours of our return. Thank goodness for Steve, who contacted us to confirm the new requirements before our return, we were then fully aware of the requirements. We messaged Steve on the Sunday the day before our flight home and within the hour he returned our message clarifying our enquiry. When we arrived at the airport we felt in control (thank goodness). Steve organised our holiday down to our overnight stay in Gatwick the evening before our early flight, which included car parking. All documentation for our holiday arrived in good time and was accurate. The whole process was seamless and really put us in the mood for our lovely holiday. Steve's knowledge of Antigua helped us make the most of our time whilst there. We would not dream of booking a holiday without Steve as we felt very reassured that everything would be in place to ensure we had a fantastic holiday. And in this current climate we were confident if needs be we would get our money back or be able to transfer our booking quickly and easily. Our drive from Portland to San Francisco was absolutely beautiful. The drive along the Pacific coast is just stunning. We took lots of photos but they do not justify it. It was really worth the drive. We easily found places to stay - so all worked out well. The hotels you chose for us were lovely. The hotel at Seattle had wonderful views of the city. The hotel at San Francisco also had views over the city . it was a lovely suite. we were so pleased. We made the most of our time and we did an awful lot. We enjoyed the hop on/off bus and the Alcatraz trip was great. - we have a lot of happy memories!

Sandals South Coast Jamaica.We booked this with Steve over a year ago. We have just returned today from the best beach holiday we have ever had. The personal service Steve provided from booking stage to the postcard that arrived on our return. Even the full set of tickets in a personal folder was a lovely touch. What great service and genuine concern that we had a fantastic time. We really did Thomas cook flights were fine with plenty of leg room. Sandals South Coast is amazing. The rooms the room views. All beachfront. Loads of space with big comfy couches and fire pits. We never struggled to get sun beds there are loads. Lots of quiet spots. Plenty of pools. Beach is beautiful, So Many favourite restaurants and bars we didn’t even get round them all. Staff are very attentive, food and drink is the best I have had anywhere. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. And we would definitely book with Steve again. He’s very passionate about travel. Knows his stuff, and basically looks after you every step of the way. Fantastic holiday. Thank You.

We can't thank you enough for organising our ‘Inghams’ marvellous special Golden Wedding Anniversary Holiday. Everything went to plan without a flaw. The Hotel Eiger is fantastic and our room had an unbelievable view of the mountains. We couldn’t praise the staff enough who would provide anything you needed. In our case some large safety pins to mend a back pack strap and a plug adaptor. We were glad we had booked half board, the food was excellent and we even had a packed lunch every day that we hadn’t expected. Although I had taken a hot jug so we could make hot drinks in our room there was also coffee on tap at the reception. We were invited to a cocktail party where the champagne flowed and the hotel family owners chatted and told us the history of the hotel. We found all the transport very easy and the Inghams rep was on hand to answer any questions as were the hotel staff. We expected to spend a lot of money but as we had our meals catered for and the half fare rail card this was not the case. We managed to do all the mountain trips on our agenda and visit the best waterfalls, and also fit in some walking and village visits. A fantastic and unbelievable holiday, many thanks Steve.

We have just returned from a fantastic trip to Australia with a stopover in Singapore on the way back organised by Steve. Steve did a brilliant job of finding the best flights, hotels and activities to make this a truly once in a lifetime trip. After initially contacting Steve and giving him our ideas he put together a quote and then discussed with us all the details and tailored it to meet our requirements. Once we had found the perfect combination, Steve handled all the booking and shortly before departed we received a folder containing all our documents and details of activities. Steve checks you onto flights in advance and all transfers are always ready and waiting when you arrive. All the transfers Steve organised were first class with clearly excellent companies. When we arrived at each of our hotels we found a note from Steve along with some chocolates. Steve also contacted the hotels in advance to ensure there were no flowers as they can badly affect my wife's asthma. All the activities Steve booked were excellent too, we were collected promptly from our hotel and had fantastic days out. We have booked several holidays with Steve now and they have all been a great success and incredibly simple. It was our first big holiday with our baby and we were at a bit of a loss when it come to finding somewhere that suited all of us as a family. Steve spoke to us and gave us as many options as possible whilst honing down to an ideal destination. Once flights and hotel/destination was picked Steve did absolutely everything for us and i mean everything, it was the least stressful holiday we've ever been on. The British Airways flight was the best with an extremely good service, and excellent food and drink, I could not fault it! We could not have had such an amazing holiday without Steves help as usual. Visiting Iceland had been my dream holiday for a long time, and it was vital for me that it turned out well. I've known Steve long enough to trust that he'd provide an excellent service, and I wasn't disappointed. Steve took a lot of trouble to establish what I wanted from the holiday and what kind of budget I had, and he made suggestions and recommendations from his vast experience. When his first quote was slightly more than I could manage, he very quickly found a way of reducing the cost without any real loss of quality. Steve also established everything I'd need to make the holiday go smoothly, even to checking me in on my outbound flight. It was reassuring to know I could contact him at any time on holiday, via phone or app, and that he could call on the resources of Travel Counsellors to sort it out. It turned out to be unnecessary, though, since everything was so well arranged that it went like clockwork. We have recently returned from our very first family holiday with our 8 month old baby to Albufeira Portugal. Steve worked really hard to ensure all of our needs and requests were met. The champagne particularly was very enjoyable; we sipped it as they raised the sails to the music Vangelis' Conquest of Paradise on a balmy evening while we sailed away from Barbados to start the cruise. We had the most amazing holiday thanks to Steve. Nothing was too much trouble, when arranging our holiday to celebrate our 60th birthdays. We weren't specific on length of holiday and we constantly changed our plans to suit our budget, but Steve came up with a perfect solution for us. Steve listened to our requirements and our holiday was perfect, there was no compromise, it was just what we wanted. Everything worked like clockwork and when you thing we had two destinations and 3 flights, including a sea plan and all of the transfers then that it is quite impressive that everything went according to plan. As we have been to the Caribbean for many years, we were a bit scepital on this holiday. After the long flight, we arrived about 7:30pm. We changed for dinner then we headed for some deserved sleep. Next morning got our bearings. It was quite windy ( due to the recent cyclone in India ) but hot. We were still skeptical. Then, when the long flight affects wore off, we were on the groove with Mauritius. We booked up trips via the hotel receptionist - as they had the passion for their island and made loads of excurisions into one day - so we saved money too! We got so in the mode of the place, it felt we had been there forever - cant wait to go back. We could not fault the food - salads to die for - my taste buds are still dancing! Thank you for finding this little diamond - yes there are a few things that could improve the hotel - but nothing that would stop us from returning. Thank you again - please dont tell too many people about it.

I cannot praise Steve enough. His help, devotion and dedication to ensuring I had a lovely hassle free holiday was beyond exemplary! I gave the spec and he offered all the alternatives, great! We asked Steve to search for a holiday in our honeymoon destination, the Bahamas. We were returning to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and possibly renew our vows. Hi Steve Thank you so much for organising our holiday in Switzerland. Considering the number of train connections, it went really well and it was great to see your note in the room in Interlarken – we felt that you really cared and had covered every detail. The half price Swiss rail card was really helpful. We used it to buy a Jungfrau Travel Pass for 5 days (175 Swiss Francs each) and used it multiple times a day. It covers the trains in the Grindelwald/Wengen/Muren area and also as far as Brienz and Thun and the lake steamers on the two lakes plus the Mannlichen and First telecabines and cable cars. In addition, it provides 50% discounts on the train to Jungfraujoch and Restaurant Gloria. As you can guess, we did them all. My wife and I recently spent three nights in Marrakech all organised by Steve. Everything ran like clockwork.The excursions we booked through him were outstanding, the private airport transfers were excellent and the accommodation was superb. I'd highly recommend Les Jardins de la Medina to stay. This location provides an oasis of tranquility and luxury away from the madness of the main square. It's tucked away in one of the Medina side streets and provided you've got a decent sense of direction is pretty easy to find. Another great trip well organised by Steve, thank you.
