Thea was great and tried her best to get us an itinerary with everything we wanted within our tight budget. I think the accomodation options look great and same for tours, and communication was very quick. Only reason didn't put a 10 was because when we initially got in touch we mentioned we wanted a trip as budget friendly as possible, through back and forth we managed to get the price down but it would have been nice to receive the best price the first time / know what could be downgraded if we would have wanted to reduce the price i.e the hire car.

We are often fairly non-specific and broad in terms of our requirements, and Thea often sends us what is meant to be a "first cut" in order to see how it works for us and to whittle us down to come up with an optimal proposal, but her first cut is usually so good that we don't need to go much further despite my not saying much more than budget, flight time, month and desired temperature! While I've pretty much loved planning our holidays before we had a child, I can say with a good degree of confidence that the proposals aren't the same kind of generic cookie-cutter type holidays I was expecting when I first used Thea, and I'm glad and wish we'd taken the plunge earlier as this would have saved me so much time and effort!

Thea was great we completely changed the timing of the trip after almost being ready to press the button and she took it all in her stride. A very positive experience all round and she really understands what good service means. It is a one off family adventure and we chose to blow the budget so getting it right mattered hugely.
