Hi, I’m Danielle.
I’m a Travel Counsellor based in Luton, Bedfordshire, and for the past nine years I’ve been helping couples, families and honeymooners across the UK plan holidays all over the world.
I live in Luton with my husband, our children and our grumpy dog, Ozzie. Travel has always been a huge part of my life, but what I love most about this job is that no two enquiries are ever quite the same.
One day I might be finding the right hotel for a family holiday in Greece, Spain, Turkey or the Canary Islands. The next I’m working out how to combine Vietnam and Cambodia, planning a safari and beach holiday in Africa, putting together a USA road trip, arranging a Lapland adventure or finding the right cruise for someone who has never cruised before.
I arrange family holidays, couples’ escapes, honeymoons, luxury holidays, all-inclusive holidays, city breaks and cruises, alongside tailor-made holidays, touring holidays, safaris, road trips and multi-centre itineraries around the world.
I plan holidays across Europe and worldwide, including the Maldives, Mauritius, Caribbean, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, South Africa, Dubai and the USA. Whether you want a Mediterranean beach holiday, an Indian Ocean honeymoon, a long-haul family adventure, a wildlife experience or a completely bespoke journey through several countries, I can help you plan it.
And you don’t need to know exactly what you want before you contact me.
Some clients know exactly what they want. Others give me their dates, budget and a rough idea. Either way, my job is to work out what will actually suit you.
I want to know the things a search box doesn’t ask. Do you want somewhere you can walk out for dinner? Is the beach more important than the pool? Do you need connecting rooms? Would you rather a shorter transfer or a better hotel? Is that room upgrade really worth the money, or would you rather spend it on an experience?
I’ll research and compare flights, hotels, room types, transfers, locations and experiences and explain the differences. And if I don’t think something is right for you, I’ll say so.
For tailor-made holidays and multi-centre trips, I can piece the whole journey together, working out the best route, how long to spend in each destination and how the different parts fit together. That could be a Vietnam and Cambodia itinerary, an African safari and beach holiday, a USA fly-drive, Greek island hopping, a tour of Japan or something completely different.
I also arrange honeymoons and special occasion holidays, including Maldives, Mauritius and Caribbean honeymoons, safari honeymoons and multi-centre adventures. My Honeymoon Gift Registry allows wedding guests to contribute towards your trip, and I can arrange travel gift vouchers and experience gifts too.
Cruises are another part of what I offer, from Mediterranean and Caribbean cruises to the Norwegian Fjords and voyages further afield. I work with a wide range of cruise lines, holiday companies and specialist travel partners, so I’m not tied to one supplier or one type of holiday.
And once you’ve booked, I don’t disappear.
I’m your point of contact from our first conversation until you’re home again. I look after the details before you travel, help with check-in and travel apps where needed and remain available if something changes or you need help while you’re away. I’m also backed by Travel Counsellors, with 24/7 support and financial protection for added peace of mind.
Nine years into doing this, many of my clients come back to me for holiday after holiday and recommend me to their friends and family.
