My wife and I have just finished our month-long highlights tour of Australia and New Zealand. This was the second holiday organised for us by our Travel Councillor, Fiona Dinnis. It was amazing! Fiona fully understood what we wanted and curated the perfect tour. Everything went to plan (apart from a couple of activities that had to be cancelled due to the unpredictable weather in certain areas). All the hotels were excellent. All flights, car hirers and transfers went like clockwork. Fiona and the MyTC app kept us informed of any changes to flights. It was perhaps the most stress-free touring holiday we’ve ever had. We've recently returned from a fantastic trip to Hong Kong, and Cambodia which was organised by Fiona Dinnis. Fiona was amazing! Fiona's advice, support and guidance really ensured that our trip was everything we wanted and more! It was a perfect time to visit Hong Kong, and Angkor Watt was spectacular. Our hotels were just what we were looking for! Even while we were away, Fiona was ready to give us advice during our trip and constantly provided attention to detail. Yet another fabulous holiday arranged for us by our Travel Councillor, Fiona Dinnis. This time it was a 16 night tour of China. Fiona used Wendy Wu as the local tour operator and organised a private tour with them. The hotels selected were first-class, the tours were varied and interesting, the lunches and dinners were delightful. All the tour guides and drivers we had in each of the six cities we visited were brilliant. Everything was well organised and punctual. We were made to feel like VIPs. All flight and train bookings were at good times and from convenient locations. We will most definitely ask Fiona to help with our next holiday and we would recommend Wendy Wu for tours in China, particularly if looking for a high-quality private tour at a reasonable price.

Fiona Dinnis was so helpful and approachable from start to finish. She checked in with us every so often ensuring everything was fine and no changes etc. She informed us if she was going on holiday and provided us with contact details if we required them, then contacted us when she was home. I would and have recommended Travel Counsellors to family and friends and will be back in touch with Fiona regarding future holidays.
