Shopping with the Chef
For a truly immersive experience, join one of Seabourn’s ‘Shopping with the Chef’ tours. These small-group excursions, led by the ship’s Executive Chef, take you to busy local markets where you’ll pick out fresh ingredients like spices, cheeses, and seafood. Back on board, you might spot those very ingredients in the evening’s menu. New destinations for this experience include Ho Chi Minh City, Penang, and Quebec City, as well as late-night market tours in Bangkok and Kanazawa.

A group of Travel Counsellors recently headed to Alaska with Norwegian Cruise Line, setting off from Seattle aboard Norwegian Bliss. The trip gave the group a chance to experience the ship and its ports first-hand, picking up ideas and insights to share with customers planning their own cruise. And with Alaska on the bucket list for so many, there was plenty to look forward to once the ship left Seattle behind.
