I have to say the service Joanne provided for our recent trip to Corfu was second to none. I first got in touch With Joanne after a friend had booked a cruise, we wanted to join our friends on that cruise, I explained to Joanne how afraid I was and she completely put me at ease, I then went on to book another 8 people on that cruise with Joanne. we now have another family holiday booked through this same hardworking lady, I cannot express how much I change my mind, add this, add that, take away this, take away that, what ifs and countless other dramas that seem to follow me when booking a holiday ;), but I cannot recommend this lady highly enough, everything seems to so hassle free and no problem is ever too small or to big to resolve, very professional throughout, and even though we've never actually met, I feel I've known her for years. Theodora appts are beautifully clean and well stocked with an excellent shower rarely found in Greece. They are close to great tavernas and a beautiful beach. Every time we tell you the type of things we are looking for you always find something that exactly matches our wishes. Well done. We have just returned from our "mIni-moon" in New York. Joanne helped to ensure that this was a fantastic break for us. The hotel was fantastic and in a great location, the transfers worked perfectly and Joanne kept us informed with regards to the issues that BA were having and kept us reassured. What an amazing time!!! I spoke to Joanne earlier this year wanting to take my partner to Dublin for the weekend, Joanne took all the hassle out of booking a holiday, I was given different choice of hotels, flight time, once I had chosen hotel, Joanne did the rest, apart from required information and payment all we needed to do was turn up at the airport, I loved the fact that Joanne gave the personnel touch, once booked I was emailed all the information, a week before we flew I met with Joanne she gave us our tickets, hotel documents, with the pack Joanne had given even more care to detail, we had travel tags already pre written, guide book, and also with in it was a holiday pack of the correct size containers for hand luggage, I was given advice on travel for once we where there, Joanne checked us in for both journeys...not only was all this done but before our leaving date Joanne dropped a bus timetable round for once we had arrived in Dublin.So professional. The temple bar hotel was amazing so professional and the room was lovely as was the food,made the trip even more perfect, and also that the fact that Joanne had rung the hotel to arrange that the room if possible could be turn around as quickly as possible as we flew in so early, and it was..Look forward to having Joanne book our next trip...Thank you.

I have used Joanne Mapperley who works for travel Counsellors for a few years now and would not use anyone else. she always goes out her way to get you exactly what you need and is always there on hand if you have any queries or even if you are on your holiday and your not sure of anything she will always be at the other end of the phone. she is such a warm and bubbley person. I would highly recommend Joanne. she will cover everything you need. all you have to do is pay :-)

Every time I have asked Jo to find me a nice holiday she never failed. On top of this she also managed to get a better deal than on-line agencies or brochures. Always those little extras like a last minute upgrade or, when cruising, on board spend. You are also totally reassured that no matter what happens, Jo is always at the end of the phone 24/7. We haven't booked with anyone else for over 2 years now. On top of all this we are blessed with Jo's wonderful personality and fun-loving manner. Before every holiday we have had a "bon voyage" card through the post and a "welcome home" card upon our return. Wonderful service from a wonderful lady.

Hi Joanne, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you for everything you did and organised. The holiday was fantastic, venue superb. Both staff and hotel were excellent. The location was great and our room was amazing, views across the pool and the sea -wow. Jake had a fab time and has met and made lots of new friends both here and abroad that he will keep in touch with. The staff were so helpful on the final day, thanks to you, and supplied me with an extension lead and a bottle of their own produced extra virgin olive oil as a gift. I highly recommend this if you are looking to relax and chill out. Was nervous about travelling on my own, as you know. But with your organisation and my document packet, it really couldn't have been easier. Thanks again and will be using you time and again in the future. So will my Mum too. Lots of love.

When we booked our holiday with her last year, she went the extra mile to ensure that we booked the ideal hotel and location for us. When I decided to go to the airport a day late for this holiday and phoned her at 4.30am in tears at my mistake, she sorted me out. She booked new flights, new transport, and let the hotel know of my error, nothing was too much trouble.
