We was introduced to Tracey from a friend who had booked many wonderful holidays, after seeing the adventures I reached out with a plan for our next holiday, being a 40th birthday, 10yr wedding anniversary as well as our kid starting secondary school, we wanted an adventure. After a few ideas back and forth Tracey came up with the ideal proposal, the itinerary was jam packed as requested, lots to see and do. Well we have just got home and WOW Tracey did not disappoint. the accommodations were truly divine, the adventures were off the chart, the personal service we received in South Africa from her team was off the chart, lovely spacious vehicles to collect and drop off, we had a slight weather issue that ruined our plan, but I messaged Tracey and like the pro she is, reworked our trips around the weather so we didn't miss out! she was a client travel buddy, ready in waiting to assist or answer my questions and help on mini additional adventures. Then to top off the great experience, we returned home to a beautiful thank you card with our trip photos, Tracey is definitely a professional in the field of travel and I will 1000% use her services on our next adventure, thank you so much

We booked with Tracey Woodfine of Travel counsellors last year having lost the confidence to travel abroad for almost a decade. It is so reassuring to be able to have somebody to speak to who listens and takes all your concerns and wishes. This year, we asked Tracey to find a hotel to meet our needs within an area of Corfu to allow me to visit a destination from one of my favourite childhood books, My family and Other Animals by Gerald Durrell. We are so looking forward to going to the hotel that Tracey researched for us.

What an amazing job Tracey did for us! We asked for a trip to Canada including taking the train through the Rockies and we got that and more! She did everything for us and kept us informed all of the time as to what was happening.
