Rated 5 out of 5 stars 22 Dec 2023 Christmas in Zanzibar and Tanzania I knew I wanted to take my family on a special holiday and what I wanted to do but that was as far as I had got! Then I contacted Soozie Wilson from travel counsellors and before I knew it we had the trip of a lifetime planned. Soozie was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and gave me options that I never would of thought of, she arranged absolutely everything to our liking. However due to an unforseen medical emergency we had to cancel our trip at very short notice, this is when Soozie really came into her own. She showed great empathy and understanding at a very difficult time for us,. She took away all the stress of cancelling trips, hotels and flights etc and we cannot thank her enough!! I cannot recommend her and the company enough, talk about above and beyond!

Soozie is absolutely amazing. We didn’t exactly have the biggest budget but she worked so hard for us. Even when we decided to change the destination at the last minute Soozie continued to go to great lengths to ensure our holiday was the best we could get and suited us and our specific needs. We’ve booked with her before and even then she didn’t stop once we had booked. She continued to keep in contact to ensure we would have the best family holiday. Thanks Soozie.

I can honestly say that Soozie is the best travel agent I have ever dealt with. She was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too big or too small. She went above and beyond, she really did. Offering alternatives options to ones I had put forward, when either the price wasn't right, location not quite right, flight times not quite right. Travelling as a large family group with ages ranging from 4 to a disabled 72 year old, we had a wide range of needs to ensure the holiday was the perfect fit for all of us.
