Since a young age, I have been fortunate to travel many places and experience many different holiday types. My passion and love for travel is now apparent in my children and we are always planning and discussing our next get away. In the last few years, we have been lucky enough to have some amazing trips, in particular Lapland, Iceland, African Safari Adventure and exploring Asia. At the start of 2025 we spent some more time exploring Thailand, really enjoying the North, rich in culture and traditions even celebrating Songkran (Thai New Year) whilst we were there. We were lucky enough to enjoy our first cruise around Scandinavia in the summer, incredible scenery and wonderful food. Then later in the year our Italian Adventure making use of the fantastic rail network and visiting some wonderful cities and of course fabulous food! 2026 was another busy year! My youngest daughter and I went to Slovenia and Italy for a week, it was absolutely break taking scenery. Somewhere so different to anywhere else we have been, the food is influenced by Italy, Hungary and Austria which was delicious and nice to try. I have even managed to put our best bits in a blog, so have a read! We were back a few days and then back off to explore Malaysia! A few days in Singapore, then a quick flight to Langkawi for a week, then a week in Penang. It was a fantastic family holiday, with a good balance of city, sightseeing, culture and relaxation. Lastly we ended our summer holidays with our annual France trip with our Lab Lenny! We love taking him with us and exploring different parts of France, enjoying a little wine and cheese as we go! Although the first few days were the heatwave so we didn't get to do much! What we did see was the solar eclipse and the meteor shower was outstanding, we were in the middle of the countryside and had such a good view and the amount of stars and shooting stars. I absolutely love hearing from you and helping you create wonderful memories. I truly care about your holiday, I treat it like my own; even down to producing local guides, recommending trips, local information, and restaurants if that is what you’d like. I work with you so that I can have a good understanding of what you and your travel companions would like. 028 7077 0015I don't know about you, but travel for me is a collection of moments. Little pieces of time that stay with you long after you have unpacked the suitcase. Standing in front of a view you have only ever seen in photos, tasting something you cannot quite describe but will never forget, that first deep breath of warm air when you step off the plane: these are the things that end up stitched into our lives. A single photograph or song can take you straight back to snow in New York, tea with a Bedouin family in Petra, queuing for street food in Singapore or simply that first sip of a cocktail on a sunbed. I still think about diving on the Great Barrier Reef and how quiet it felt underwater, or looking out over Milford Sound with dolphins breaking the surface around the kayak. Travel does not have to be grand to be special, it just has to feel like “you”. What I enjoy most about my work is getting to know what a “dream trip” looks like for each person. It might be planning two weeks in Japan that weaves Tokyo and Kyoto with quieter onsen towns, timing cherry blossom just right. It might be a long‑imagined journey to Australia, broken up with a stop in Singapore to try the street food you have talked about for years, or a summer that combines a few days in a favourite Italian foodie town with time by the lakes. It might be finally spending a weekend in a European city you have always meant to visit but never quite booked. My role is to listen to those ideas and habits and shape a trip that feels like it belongs to you, not pulled from a brochure. My own passion for travel started when I was 16 and persuaded my mum that living in Paris on my own for the summer would be “very educational”. That one slightly brave decision lit the spark, and it never really went out. Years later, after a big trip to Australia, my mum said “let that do you”. It never did. Since then I have visited more than 50 countries and lived in the Netherlands, Belgium, Qatar, Oman, Thailand and Cambodia. Some trips have been flying visits for work, others longer spells, but I still feel that same buzz at the airport watching the departure boards and wondering about all the stories behind each journey. Over time I have collected a lot of my own memories: snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef, whale watching off Martha’s Vineyard, wandering through markets in Bangkok, slow evenings on rooftops in the Middle East and seeing my daughter’s face light up at Angkor. Those are some of my “let that do you” moments, the ones that stay. What I enjoy now is hearing what your version of that looks like, whether it is a particular city you cannot get out of your head, a journey you have been talking about for years, or simply the feeling of switching off properly for the first time in a long while. The practical side happens quietly in the background.
